Site Information

We will be returning to the Patuxent River Park Pavilion, aka Croom Park.

The street address is 16000 Croom Airport Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, however BE ADVISED: this address may take you to the park visitor’s center, NOT our pavilion area.

You can use this google map to reach the site, or use the supplemental information below.

Finding our Site
Once you drive into the park, continue straight. If you are navigating using the street address, it will tell you to turn left on Park Entrance Road. Do not listen to your navigation. Continue down Croom Airport Road until it divides and opens into a large field. Stay to the right to reach the pavilion area.

Site Details
The site is composed of grassy field space, gravel, and limited paved areas. Buildings (pavilion, restrooms with flush toilets, and the first level of the barn) are wheelchair accessible. Camping is generally primitive without electric hook-ups. There will be handicap parking available.

Site Restrictions

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times.
  • Please clean up after your pet.
  • Fires in the site’s fire rings or fire bowls ONLY.
  • Alcohol is permitted, please use period containers.
  • Please separate trash and recycling and dispose of them in the dumpster and recycling bins.
  • No RVs or travel trailers. Horse and personal trailers are OK.
